Aoyama REAX Hong Kong Limited (“REAX”), a member of Brick & Wood Group, is a privately owned real estate manager specializing in investment, asset management, development management and property management, primarily focused on living sector (Residential, multi-family, service apartment, minpaku and hotel) and value creation strategies in Asia Pacific.​

 

Our senior management team has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, supported by a dedicated team of over 25 in-house professionals across 4 offices (Hong Kong, Tokyo, Karuizawa and Niseko).

 

REAX has completed US$280 million of property acquisitions since 2022 and has an asset under management (AUM) ofUS$360 million. Our real estate portfolio includes over 1,000 multi-family residential units totaling over 300,000 sqf. of net rentable area, land and luxury house development projects. 

 

REAX team applies different strategies (core/value-add/opportunistic) under our fund and separates managed account mandates and leverages our extensive networks with local developers, financial institutions, operators, brokerage firms and business partners to generate off-market access to attractive investment opportunities and unlock property values through active asset and property management.
