About us
Brick & Wood Group is a privately owned real estate manager specializing in investment, asset management, development management and property management, primarily focused on living, storage and value creation strategies in Japan, Hong Kong and other gateway cities in Asia Pacific region.
Our senior management team has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management, supported by a dedicated team of over 25 in-house professionals across 4 offices (Hong Kong, Tokyo, Karuizawa and Niseko).
Brick & Wood has completed US$280 million of property acquisitions since 2022 and has an asset under management (AUM) of US$360 million. Our real estate portfolio includes over 1,000 multi-family residential units totalling over 300,000 sqf. of net rentable area, land and luxury house development projects and more than 2,000 self-storage units across 15 building facilities.
Brick & Wood team applies different strategies (core/value-add/opportunistic) under our fund / separate managed account mandates and leverages our extensive networks with local developers, financial institutions, operators, brokerage firms and business partners to generate off-market access to attractive investment opportunities and unlock property values through active asset and property management.
